Option one:

1. What is a linear equation?

2. Fill out a function table for the following equation : Y = 2+X

Option two:
In a well-developed answer, answer the following question. If Hester Prynne's baby was the linear equation  Y = 5 - X, and x represented the possible fathers, what do you think y would represent?

Graph the linear equation of Hester's child.
