Reflections in geometry are the same thing as reflections in the 'real' world; it's an exact copy, but flipped.

Your homework tonight:

Option one:

1. What is a transformation in geometry?

2. What quadrant is point (5,7) in?

Option two:
If Piggy was at point (3, -5) and he looked into the ocean which was the x-axis, what point would his reflection be?

(Reflect the point (3,-5) over the x-axis)
