I don't know about you, but I had a FUN time in class today.  Special congratulations goes out to Rusey for her excellent acting skills.

Your homework for tonight:

Option one:  Imagine you are Piri's lawyer and answer the following questions:

1.  What is your dress code?

2.  What are your job responsibilities?

3.  Why is it important to be on time?

4. How would you deal with a customer who was very angry with you?
 

Option two:  Write two "unwritten" rules of the workplace. You can take this information from your notes.
