HW

Good morning,

Final projects are so much fun!!

Happy Friday, everyone! Everyone did such a fantastic job today.

Your homework for tonight is to finish your final Persepolis projects.  Create something you are proud of.

Your job is to write your own graphic novel chapter about your own childhood if you were in Iran during the revolution. You may imitate Satrapi’s style or create your own. Artistic talent does not count, but I do not want stick figures. Caption quality does count. You will include a title for your chapter, and use elements of the graphic novel that we have studied.

You can choose:

1.  Being a child soldier during the Iran- Iraq war

2.  Being a war refugee and leaving your home

3.  Going to a demonstration about the veil

PARENTS/ GUARDIANS: If you have any
questions or comments please feel free to comment on the bottom of this page. I will reply as soon as possible. I look forward to your comments

Have a great weekend,
Ms. Betsy
