Your homework for tonight:

Option one:

1. What is a hyperbole?

2. Complete the following sentence with a phrase that would make it a hyperbole:

Curt Lemon flew so high into the canopy, he looked like _________________________

Option two:
In a well-developed paragraph, answer the following question. O'Brien recalls Lemon's death as "almost beautiful".  Why did he use figurative language to describe something so gruesome?
